Doctor Recognitions

Dr. Allan Zelinger was recently appointed as the President of the Chicago Society of Echocardiography.

Dr. Muhyaldeen Dia was recently appointed to serve as the Associate Program Director for the combined University of Illinois, Chicago/Advocate Christ Medical Center Cardiology Fellowship Program.

Dr. Mai Vadali has been certified at St Francis Hospital in New York to interpret Level II Cardiac MR exams. She is one of a select few physicians in the Midwest Certified to interpret the Level II Cardiac MR exams.

Dr. Zelinger received his medical school education at Rush Medical College in Chicago,Illinois, graduating in 1976. Following medical school he was a Resident in Internal Medicine at the same hospital. After residency training, Dr. Zelinger completed a two year Cardiology Fellowship at Boston University and Boston City Hospitals in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Zelinger is Director of Echocardiography at Christ Hospital & Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Illinois and President of the Chicago Society of Echocardiography.
